(Pituophis deppei deppei)

Hypo Deppei Deppei were first produced by John Ginter in 2000. This is the first recessive morph in the Mexican Mountain Pine Snake group as far as we know. The images speak for the beauty of this special Deppei Deppei morph. Unbounded potential for this species.

Rio Conchos, Chihuahua, Mexican Mountain Pine Snakes
(Pituophis deppei deppei)

These awe-inspiring animals originate from the Rio Conchos area near San Juanito, in the State of Chihuahua, Mexico. Habitat elevations here in the Sierra Madre Occidental Mountain range, are approximately 7000' above sea level. Pure Locality Deppei deppei, these snakes are defined by their full palette of soft pastel color variations as they enter early adulthood. Our Deppei deppei have blazing red-orange tails. As with all Deppei deppei, hatchlings look nothing like the adults until they complete their ontogenetic color change. We maintain a reservation list.
